Moving to the health industry, she's earned a health coach certification and aims to help her clients live a healthier, more fulfilled life through nutrition and exercise. As a mother of 4 and grandmother of 12, Charlotte understands the importance of not only longevity, but a healthy future. She hosts workshops to teach healthy ways, and does one on one coaching to help clients better equip themselves with the tools they'll need to work with their bodies instead of against them. Using concepts such as individuality and deconstructing cravings, Charlotte can help you learn to reclaim a sense of balance and harmony in your life.
