First tell us about your business--how and why did you start it?
I started my business in 2012. I had worked in advertising agencies in Orange County, California for the majority of my career and was looking for more freedom and an opportunity to chose my clients and projects. I also continued working with multiple agencies in-house so I got the best of both worlds: my own business plus the benefits of working with talented agency folks. In fact, most of my initial clients were referred to me from the agencies I was working with. I still have most of them as my clients today, even after a cross-country move.
What services do you provide?
I provide graphic design services and specialize in printed materials. I create items like brochures, postcards, booklets, ads, logos, business cards, forms, tradeshow booths and banners, brand identities, and much more. All of these pieces of collateral help get the word out about your business, explain your business, and can accomplish many other things, depending on your goals.
Who can benefit from your services?
Any business can benefit from graphic design. Every business needs to advertise their services or products, and anything else they may be interested in showcasing.
What is a word of advice you can offer to other women in business?
My advice would be to help each other and spread happiness and good will. You can never go wrong supporting fellow women entrepreneurs.
